Plant care and maintenance
Office plant maintenance in Atlanta
Scheduled professional care that keeps a commercial installation looking like install day, including plants we didn’t sell you. From $500 a month.

Office plants rarely die in a week
They decline slowly: a little more brown each month, a pest nobody spotted, a corner nobody waters. Eventually the planting that made the space feel finished starts making it look neglected.
A care program stops that. We visit on a fixed schedule, work through every plant, and catch problems while they’re small. Nobody at your company has to remember to water anything.
Visit schedule
- Weekly
- Heavily planted, high-traffic or bright spaces: lobbies, atriums, restaurants, amenity floors.
- Biweekly
- Planted office floors, reception and conference areas, mixed light.
Programs start at $500 a month, roughly $250 per visit. See pricing
What every visit covers
The whole inventory, not just the plants by the front door.
Watering to the plant, not the calendar
Every plant is checked individually. A plant beside a south window drinks very differently from one in an interior conference room.
Pruning, shaping and leaf care
Leggy, dusty plants read as neglect. We prune for shape, remove dead material and clean leaves.
Feeding and soil
Fertilizing on the right cycle for each plant, plus checks for drainage problems and depleted soil.
Pest monitoring and treatment
Most installations that collapse do so from an infestation found late. Every visit includes scouting, and treatment before it spreads.
Rotating and repositioning
Plants lean toward the light. We rotate and reposition through the year so the arrangement stays balanced.
Honest calls on replacements
Plants we installed are guaranteed. For plants we inherit, we tell you plainly what should be swapped and why.

Care-only programs
You don’t have to buy plants to get plant care
Taking over an existing collection
We assess what's healthy, what can recover and what should be replaced, then quote care for the space.
Plants from another vendor
An installation you like that nobody is looking after anymore.
A struggling installation
A lobby that went downhill, a floor nobody watered for a month, or pests that were never properly treated.
Multi-tenant and managed buildings
Shared-area plantings maintained under building rules, with insurance and access handled.

Maintenance questions
Yes, and it's one of the most common ways a program starts. We walk the space, look at the plants, the light and how they've been watered, then quote a monthly care program. Care programs start at $500 a month, roughly $250 per visit.
Weekly or biweekly, set by plant count, species, light and foot traffic. A heavily planted lobby with bright windows needs more attention than a floor of low-light plants. We set the schedule at the walkthrough and adjust it as the space changes.
Watering each plant to its actual need, pruning and shaping, leaf cleaning, feeding on schedule, pest monitoring and treatment, removing dead material, and rotating plants so they grow evenly toward the light.
Plants we've selected and installed are covered by our replacement guarantee, so they're swapped before most people notice. For plants we've taken over, we'll tell you which ones are struggling or wrong for their light and recommend swaps as part of the quote, so there are no surprise invoices.
Yes. Atlanta Houseplants LLC is fully insured and we routinely provide certificates of insurance. Vendor onboarding, service-elevator scheduling, loading-dock windows and after-hours access are a normal part of the job.
