What moves the number
Two offices with the same square footage can quote very differently. These are the variables.
- Plant count and size
- A six-foot specimen takes longer to service than a deskside plant, and costs more to replace.
- Visit frequency
- Weekly or biweekly, set by plant count, species, light and traffic. It's the biggest lever on a care program.
- Planters and finishes
- Premium planters, custom sizes and matching a design palette cost more than standard containers, and they're what people notice first.
- Install complexity
- Atriums, double-height spaces, freight-elevator schedules, after-hours installs and build-out deadlines all add labor.
- Buy or lease
- Buying is a purchase plus a care plan. Leasing folds design, plants, planters, install and care into one monthly price.
Leasing or buying, side by side
Neither is wrong. The design, the plants and the care are the same either way.
| Question | All-in lease | Purchase + care plan |

Pricing questions
Lease packages start at $499 a month for 12 plants. Custom programs, and care for plants you already own, start at $500 a month, which works out to roughly $250 per service visit. Most custom programs land between $500 and $2,000+ a month.
Yes. We look at the space, the light and any plants already there, then give you numbers. There's no charge and no obligation.
It's a one-time charge on the lease packages that covers delivering, staging and installing the whole package. It's invoiced once, at signing, together with the first and last month of the 12-month agreement. Months 2 through 11 are billed monthly.
Buying is an up-front purchase of the design, plants, planters and installation, followed by a monthly care plan. Leasing rolls all of that into one monthly price, and we own the plants. If you'll be in the space for many years and want to own the asset, buying can make sense. If you want one predictable line item and nothing to manage, lease. Your proposal prices both side by side.
Plant count and size, how often we visit, the planters specified, and how complex the install is. Atriums and double-height spaces, freight-elevator scheduling and after-hours work all take more labor than a single-floor refresh.
No. The walkthrough, the design and the quote are free. You pay nothing until you sign an agreement.
